Designer - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Hybrid Working)

TrustFord, the UK's largest Ford dealership group, are searching for an experienced and innovative designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. You will have a natural passion for design and will be challenged by a wide variety of projects, from online to offline, print and POS artwork. You will report in to our senior designer, and will work alongside the wider marketing team from our site in Huddersfield.

This role is to produce impactful and exciting creative to support the company's brand and marketing campaigns, to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

This role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working alongside the senior designer to fulfil all artwork requests to a high standard
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams – Digital, CRM and core marketing, as well as with other colleagues and departments within our business

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Adobe Creative Suite skills - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. (After Effects would be advantageous but not essential.)
• Layout and typography skills, with an eye for detail, and an ability to easily liaise between print and digital artwork
• Maintain a good level of communication with team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of graphic design and the creative world

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
