About Us

TrustFord is part of the Ford Retail Group, which is owned by Ford Motor Company. We operate as an independent dealer group, selling around 100,000 vehicles every year from our 61 sites across the UK, providing a trusted service from Bradford to Bristol.

As well as our Ford franchise operation for new cars and commercial vehicles, including a very successful fleet business, we run a multi-franchise for used cars, used commercial vehicles, aftersales and parts. Our parts operation is called TrustFirstParts and delivers parts and accessories to over 4,000 customers per day.

There are over 3,000 people working together as part of the TrustFord Family across the country. Customer service is central to our business and we are all working towards the same purpose: to drive the standard in customer care.

Our Investment

Part of our aim at TrustFord is to grow and retain the best people and this means that we invest in our TrustFord Family. From annual appraisals, personal development plans and e-learning to internal and external courses, we will give you the training you need to grow with us. As well as being accredited with a range of prestigious bodies, including ACCA, AAT and QICM, we also fund our technical team through ATA membership.

The success of our career development strategy means that numerous colleagues within the TrustFord Family have been with us for many years, and we recognise this with Long Service Awards for every colleague who reaches a milestone year.
