Service Advisor


People rely on their vehicles and being without them can be very stressful. Your warm, friendly welcome and efficient, can-do attitude will destress your customers in the blink of an eye. By liaising closely with the workshop at every stage, you’ll also keep your customers in the loop throughout the process – bringing them back to TrustFord every time.

The role

If you have a talent for customer service and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, then this could be the role for you. Whether you’re dealing with customer enquiries over the phone or face-to-face in the dealership, you’ll ensure that your customers receive a quality of service that sets the benchmark for the industry; you’ll drive the standard in customer care.

Skills you’ll need

Are you great with people and a real team player, always ready to lend a hand? Can you handle sensitive information and complaints with skill and discretion? Do you have some office admin experience under your belt and the ability to use Microsoft Office? Are you focused on delivering outstanding levels of customer service with honesty and integrity?
