We have a great opportunity for an experienced  Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the PDI/Parts/Bodyshop and graphics functions at our Main compound and distribution centre in Long Marston (Just outside of Statford upon Avon)  and ensure that vehicle delivery deadlines and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. We are looking for someone who is  enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment. We also require the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate the ability to grow and progress in the role.

• Are you a key team player?

• Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in an Aftersales Management role?
• Do you have experience of multi site Aftersales Management or in a group role in Aftersales Management?
• Can you demonstrate a strong background in improving processes to maximise KPI's within the Aftersales sector?
