To lead the coordination, optimisation, and engagement of digital platforms across UK and European markets, with a focus on mobile App content, reporting, training, and incentivisation strategies that drive adoption and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Content and Communication

  • Manage bulletins, incentives, and engagement campaigns across Customer and Team Apps
  • Approve and structure content for European App pages and forms, including copy, images, and communications
  • Develop and maintain communications planners, including content creation and scheduling
  • Upload marketing materials and design gamification elements to enhance platform engagement
  • Maintain the Centre Directory and App Award Monthly League Table

Platform Management and Reporting

  • Oversee daily CMS operations and ensure timely updates
  • Produce and analyse weekly/monthly reports:
    • Customer App: Returns and Sales
    • Team App: Recruitment, Vehicle Checks, etc.
  • Provide data insights for Board and Sales presentations

Training and Support

  • Deliver training to UK Centre Managers and BDEs to improve platform adoption and sales opportunities
  • Train European App Executives on platform usage and best practices
  • Provide second-line support via the UK App Inbox
  • Offer holiday cover for Mobile App Executives

Form Management and Approvals

  • Build and approve basic forms for UK teams, including ad hoc requests and report generation
  • Troubleshoot and manage voucher systems for European Customer and Team Apps

Incentivisation and Engagement

  • Lead European App incentivisation initiatives including prize draws, weekly roundups, and voucher distribution
  • Support conferences and events via the Team App
  • Contribute to idea generation for new engagement strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in digital platform coordination across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of mobile App platforms and CMS tools
  • Strong problem solving skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude for resolving issues
  • Experience in training delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work across UK and European teams with cultural sensitivity

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
