Sales Development Specialist - Hybrid Working

The Role

As a member of our Sales Development Team, you will support sites across the North of England, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Working closely with Sales Managers and Executives, you will enhance enquiry management, ensure consistent delivery of the sales process, support F&I objectives, and uphold our compliance and customer service standards. You will analyse reports and KPIs to drive performance and coach teams accordingly.

About You

You will have experience in motor retail at Sales Management or Business Management level. You are confident, relationship‑focused, and able to engage with managers both in person and via video. You bring a positive, adaptable approach to change and continuous improvement. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided in partnership with your Sales Development Manager.
