We have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met.
The successful candidate will have experience within the Motor Trade Industry, hold 2 years experience at supervisory or management level with a team of a minimum of 10 colleagues, is self-motivated, determined, tenacious and capable of team leadership and have a proven track record.

For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
