Your first 2 days at TrustFord will be spent at our residential Induction Academy in Northampton. Our Induction Academy is designed to tell you everything you need to know about our Company. You will join other new starters and go on a journey of presentations, interactive sessions and we promise you will have fun!
You will meet managers and colleagues and will leave full of knowledge about TrustFord, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.

We have our fantastic Future Leaders Programme which gives ambitious colleagues the skills they need to step up into management roles and also our Driving4Leadership programme which is designed for high potential managers, to develop the skills they require to join our senior management team.
Both our management development programmes are certified by the institute for leadership and management.
We have ongoing training available and offered to all our colleagues and as part of Ford’s wider family, Sales and Aftersales colleagues benefit from fantastic ongoing training at or online with Ford Academy.
We invest in our TrustFord Family. Regular reviews, personal development plans and e-learning, as well as internal and external courses, will give you the training you need to grow. We are accredited with a range of prestigious bodies, including ACCA, AAT and QICM and we also fund our technical team through ATA membership.
