We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business.  The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is  enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.

Desired Skills:

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Team Leadership: Directing a team of aftersales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of products or services provided after the sale, implementing processes to monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve offerings.

Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools to assess performance metrics such as customer satisfaction ratings, service response times, and resolution rates to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling.

Strategy Development: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and implement strategies for maximizing aftersales revenue, enhancing customer experience, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
