We are looking for a Fleet Development Partner to develop and grow relationships with corporate fleet customers across the UK. You will identify and anticipate customer needs, build long-term partnerships and take ownership of resolving issues, delivering an exceptional experience through the TrustFord 360 offering. Working closely with the Fleet Operational Team and colleagues across TrustFord, you will help ensure the effective delivery of sales and service activities. You will also use your strong product and Ford Pro services knowledge to provide relevant, confident and professional support to customers. This is a national role and will require regular travel to customer and TrustFord locations.

This is a hybrid role, combining home working with regular travel to customer and TrustFord locations across the UK. During your first three months, you will follow a structured induction and probation programme that may require more frequent attendance at an agreed TrustFord location. From month four, you will move to the role’s standard hybrid arrangement.
