The Role

As part of our ‘Sales Development Team’, you will be responsible for supporting our sites across the North of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Your role will be to work closely with the Sales Managers and Executives to improve enquiry management, deliver our sales process and achieve F&I objectives, whilst ensuring we deliver our high compliance and customer service standards. The role will involve understanding reports and KPIs to drive performance and coach our teams to deliver upon these standards.

The Person

You will have experience in the motor sales arena at either sales management or business management level; you will be confident and able to build relationships with managers across the region both face to face and using video appointments. You will have the attitude to deliver and be adaptable to new ideas as we consistently look to grow our business. We will provide full support with training and on the job, coaching working closely with your Sales Development Manager.

This is a Field based role working with the dealership management and sales teams on site, also from home via video calls.  Ideally, you will be based in the M62 corridor to allow travel within this region, also covering Scotland and Northern Ireland once a month on a rota basis.
